Somewhere out there in The Duke City — on Central Avenue, maybe, over by the El Vado Motel, or just walking by the 66 Diner on a Saturday morning — there is a woman who belongs on the Mother Road. She probably doesn't know it yet. But The Road knows.
The Route 66 Centennial happens once. November 11, 2026 is the finish line. Between now and then, I'm looking for the faces that belong to this fabled Road.
